### **Video Editor (Adobe Premiere, Social Media & Marketing Content) – Remote | U.S. Hours**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Client Business Hours, with flexibility for launches, campaigns, and deadlines

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, we’re hiring a **Video Editor** for one of our clients to create engaging, polished, and performance-driven video content across social media, marketing campaigns, paid advertising, websites, and internal communications.

This is more than a technical editing role. You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into compelling stories designed to **capture attention, increase watch time, improve audience retention, and strengthen campaign performance**.

You’ll create and optimize content across platforms including **TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and paid advertising channels**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Video Editing & Content Creation**

-   Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos.
-   Create both **short-form and long-form content**.
-   Work with editing platforms such as:

-   Adobe Premiere Pro
-   Final Cut Pro
-   DaVinci Resolve

-   Build edits around strong storytelling, pacing, and audience attention.
-   Create compelling openings and maintain viewer interest throughout each video.
-   Align every edit with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and marketing goals.
-   Adapt editing styles based on platform, audience, and content purpose.

### **Social Media & Platform Optimization**

-   Create platform-native video content for:

-   Adapt content into multiple aspect ratios, including:

-   **16:9**
-   **9:16**

-   Import, organize, and maintain raw footage and creative assets.

-   Manage multiple editing projects and deadlines simultaneously.

-   Review content performance metrics including:

-   Identify patterns in high- and low-performing content.
-   Apply performance insights to future edits.
