At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Senior Creative Strategist – Paid Social (Meta Ads)** to lead creative-first performance marketing across Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

This is not a traditional media buying role focused only on dashboards and optimization.

Your primary edge should come from your ability to:

You will own campaigns from:  
**idea → creative strategy → launch → optimization → scale**

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Paid Social Campaign Management**

-   Own and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across multiple accounts
-   Manage campaign performance from:

-   concepting
-   launch
-   optimization
-   scaling

-   Handle monthly ad budgets ranging from:

-   $10K–$250K+

-   Maintain accountability for:

-   CPL
-   CPA
-   ROAS
-   conversion performance

### **Creative Strategy (Primary Focus)**

-   Develop original:

-   ad angles

-   messaging frameworks
-   campaign narratives

-   Write high-converting creative briefs for:

-   designers
-   video editors
-   UGC creators

-   Lead UGC strategy, including:

-   scripting
-   storytelling
