### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to drive **pipeline growth, lead generation, and qualified opportunities** for a fast-growing B2B company.

This is a **high-impact, quota-carrying role** where you will:

-   Own inbound + outbound lead qualification
-   Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
-   Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
-   Drive pipeline and revenue growth

### **What You’ll Do**

### **Inbound Lead Qualification**

-   Respond to inbound leads from:

-   Marketing campaigns
-   Website forms
-   Events

-   Conduct **discovery calls** to assess:

-   Needs

-   Qualify leads and move them into the sales pipeline

### **Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation**

-   Build and execute outbound campaigns using:

-   LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-   Apollo
-   ZoomInfo

-   Run multi-channel outreach:

-   Cold emails
-   Cold calls
-   LinkedIn messaging

-   Create personalized sequences to increase reply rates and engagement

### **Pipeline Development & CRM Management**

-   Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
-   Maintain accurate records in:

-   Salesforce
-   HubSpot
-   Zoho

-   Document:

-   Lead qualification
-   Notes
-   Opportunity stages

-   Keep pipeline clean, updated, and actionable

### **Lead Nurturing & Collaboration**

-   Nurture early-stage leads until sales-ready
-   Collaborate with sales teams on:

-   Share insights to improve messaging and outreach performance

### **Performance Tracking & Optimization**

-   Track:

-   Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)

### **Requirements**

-   2+ years experience in:

-   BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales roles

-   Proven track record of:

-   CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
-   Sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

-   Strong discovery and qualification skills
