### **PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Paid Media)**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **PPC Specialist** to own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple U.S. markets.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role responsible for managing Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Meta Ads, and landing page optimization to generate qualified leads and maximize return on ad spend.

You’ll work with significant advertising budgets across multiple locations while continuously improving campaign performance through data analysis, testing, and optimization.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Google Ads & Local Services Ads (LSA)**

-   Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple locations.
-   Build, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns.
-   Manage and improve Local Services Ads (LSA) performance.
-   Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.
-   Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy, and campaign structures.
-   Improve lead volume while reducing Cost Per Lead (CPL).
-   Monitor campaign pacing and budget allocation across markets.

### **Landing Page Optimization**

-   Build and optimize landing pages using Unbounce or similar platforms.
-   Conduct A/B testing on headlines, forms, calls-to-action, layouts, and user experience.
-   Improve landing page conversion rates across locations and service lines.
-   Create new location-specific and service-specific landing pages.
-   Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve conversion performance.

### **Meta Ads (Preferred)**

-   Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
-   Develop audience targeting strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
-   Test creative assets, messaging, and campaign structures.
-   Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and advertising efficiency.

### **Performance Reporting & Analytics**

-   Prepare weekly and monthly paid media performance reports.
-   Monitor key metrics including:

-   Cost Per Lead (CPL)
-   Cost Per Booked Job
-   Conversion Rate
-   Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

-   Identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
-   Present actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance.

### **Must-Have Qualifications**

### **Experience**

-   3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience.
-   Strong experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
-   Experience managing Local Services Ads (LSA).
-   Experience managing multi-location or franchise-style advertising accounts.
-   Hands-on experience with Google Ads MCC account structures.
-   Experience optimizing landing pages using Unbounce, Instapage, or similar platforms.
-   Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
