### **Google Ads Specialist (Search + Performance Max | Lead Gen Focus) – Remote**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Google Ads Specialist** to **own, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns** across multiple client accounts.

This is a **hands-on execution role** — not strategy-only.  
You will be actively inside accounts daily, making optimizations, fixing tracking, and driving measurable results.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Campaign Management & Optimization (Daily Execution)**

-   Manage campaigns in Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
-   Optimize:

-   Bids
-   Budgets
-   Keywords
-   Targeting

-   Improve:

-   Lead quality
-   Conversion rates
-   ROI

### **Performance Tracking & Analytics**

-   Monitor performance using:

-   Google Analytics

-   Analyze:

-   CPL (Cost per Lead)

-   Campaign efficiency

-   Identify underperformance and take action immediately
-   Ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting

### **Campaign Setup & Testing**

-   Keyword research

### **Tracking & Technical Setup (Critical)**
