### **Medical Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish, Patient Support – Remote, U.S. Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Medical Customer Service Representative** to support patients through **appointments, inquiries, and service coordination** in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This is a patient-facing role where you’ll handle **phone, email, and chat support**, ensuring every interaction is **clear, accurate, and compassionate**.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Patient Support & Communication**
