### **Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads, Meta & LinkedIn | Performance Marketing) – Remote | U.S. Hours**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to lead, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across:

-   Google Ads
-   Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role where you’ll own campaigns end-to-end — from targeting and strategy to optimization, reporting, and scaling.

Your focus will be on:

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Paid Advertising Strategy & Planning**

-   Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals
