### **Corporate Finance Manager (FP&A, Strategic Finance & Executive Reporting)**

**Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Client Business Hours**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a strategic and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and high-impact financial analysis across the organization.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with:

-   Executive leadership

-   Investors and banking partners
-   Operations and product teams

### **Financial Planning & Forecasting (FP&A)**

-   Consolidate financial inputs across departments

### **Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis**

-   Build advanced financial models including:

-   DCF valuation models

-   IRR & NPV modeling

-   Sensitivity analysis

-   Support:

-   Pricing decisions
-   Expansion planning
-   Investment evaluations
-   Headcount planning

-   Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership

### **Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital**

-   Monitor:

-   Cash flow
-   Liquidity
-   Burn rate
-   Working capital

-   Support treasury operations and banking relationships
-   Track:

-   Debt covenants
-   Financing obligations
-   Liquidity requirements

-   Improve forecasting visibility and cash management processes

### **Executive Reporting & Dashboards**

-   Prepare:

-   Board presentations
-   Executive reporting packages
-   KPI dashboards
-   Monthly financial summaries

-   Deliver variance analysis with:

-   Commentary
-   Business context

-   Translate financial data into clear operational insights

### **Cross-Functional Business Partnership**

### **Core Requirements**

-   5+ years of experience in:

-   Corporate Finance
-   FP&A
-   Investment Banking
-   Strategic Finance

-   Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise:

-   NPV
-   Scenario modeling
-   Forecasting

-   Experience with:

-   NetSuite
-   SAP
-   Oracle
-   Other ERP systems

-   Strong executive communication and presentation skills
-   Bachelor’s degree in:

-   Finance

-   Related field

-   CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials
