### **Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Property Management Sales**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Eastern Time (EST)

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** with a background in **property management or real estate sales** to convert inbound opportunities into long-term clients.

This is **not a cold prospecting role**. You’ll work primarily with property owners, landlords, and real estate investors who have already expressed interest in property management services.

Your focus will be on:

### **Inbound Lead Conversion**

-   Respond quickly to inbound property management leads provided by the company.

### **Required Experience & Skills**

### **Must-Have**

-   **3+ years of experience** in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
-   Direct experience in **property management sales, real estate sales, property management operations, or a closely related real estate environment**.
-   Strong understanding of property owners, landlords, rental properties, or real estate investors.
-   Proven ability to convert leads through phone-based sales conversations.
-   Strong CRM and sales pipeline management experience.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication.
-   Confidence speaking with U.S.-based clients over the phone.
