We’re hiring a highly analytical and execution-focused **Investment Banking Associate** to support live M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements.

### **🔥 What You’ll Own**

### **Financial Modeling & Valuation**

-   Build and maintain advanced financial models including:

-   DCF models
-   LBO models
-   merger models
-   operating models

-   Conduct:

-   scenario & sensitivity analysis

-   Evaluate:

-   valuation assumptions

-   2–4 years of experience in:

-   Strong understanding of:
