### **Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Sales Manager** to lead, coach, and scale a **high-performing sales team** while driving consistent revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll oversee the **full sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems**.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Team Leadership & Performance Management**

-   Lead, manage, and motivate the **sales team to meet and exceed targets**

### **Requirements**

-   3+ years of experience in **sales management, business development, or account management**

-   Experience with **CRM systems** (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
-   Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
