### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and proactive **Property Operations Coordinator** to support day-to-day property management operations, project coordination, customer communication, and process improvement initiatives.

This is a dynamic operations role where you’ll help keep property management workflows organized while supporting one of the company’s self-storage facilities using **Easy Storage Solutions**. You’ll also assist with administrative coordination, reporting, documentation, and process optimization across the business.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Executive & Administrative Support**

-   Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, reminders, and administrative coordination.
-   Track deadlines, recurring responsibilities, project milestones, and outstanding action items.
-   Organize documents, reports, spreadsheets, emails, checklists, and internal communications.
-   Maintain accurate records across company systems.
-   Assist with administrative updates and record management within AppFolio.

### **Project Coordination & Process Improvement**

-   Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.
-   Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, templates, checklists, and operational documentation.
-   Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
-   Recommend solutions that improve efficiency and organizational consistency.
-   Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

### **Customer & Stakeholder Communication**

-   Communicate professionally with tenants, customers, property owners, vendors, applicants, and internal teams.
-   Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects and operational tasks moving.
-   Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and written communication.
-   Coordinate with local teams when on-site support is required.

### **Self-Storage Operations**

-   Manage daily operations using **Easy Storage Solutions**.
-   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
-   Process reservations, rentals, move-ins, move-outs, payments, lease documentation, and account updates.
-   Resolve billing questions, gate access issues, and customer account concerns.
-   Monitor delinquent accounts and issue reminders in accordance with company policies.
-   Maintain detailed customer records and communication history.
-   Prepare operational reports covering occupancy, lead activity, delinquency, and performance.
-   Develop and improve SOPs related to rentals, collections, reporting, and customer management.

### **Requirements**

### **Must-Have Qualifications**

### **Experience**

-   Experience in business operations, administration, project coordination, property management, leasing, or customer service.
-   Strong professional customer service experience.
-   Experience supporting multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-   Strong phone communication and customer-facing experience.

### **Technical Skills**

-   Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-   Strong organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
-   Typing speed of **60+ WPM**.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
-   Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

### **Nice-to-Have**

-   Experience in property management, self-storage, leasing, or operations environments.
-   Experience using **AppFolio**.
-   Experience using **Easy Storage Solutions**.
-   Experience creating SOPs, workflows, templates, and operational documentation.
