### **WordPress Developer (Elementor, PHP, Site Speed Optimization) – Remote | U.S. Hours**

We’re hiring a **WordPress Developer** who can **build, customize, and optimize high-performing websites** — not just assemble pages.

This role combines **development, performance optimization, and problem-solving**. You’ll work across landing pages, blogs, and full websites, ensuring everything is **fast, secure, SEO-optimized, and conversion-ready**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **WordPress Development (Core Focus)**

-   Build and customize WordPress websites using:

-   Elementor
-   Divi
-   WPBakery

-   Develop and maintain **child themes** for scalability
-   Create custom templates for:

-   Landing pages
-   Blogs
-   Marketing pages

### **Plugin Development & Customization**

-   Work with key plugins:

-   WooCommerce
-   Yoast SEO
-   Contact Form 7

-   Customize or extend plugins using PHP
-   Ensure compatibility across themes, plugins, and updates

### **Front-End Development & UX**

-   Convert designs from:

-   Figma
-   Sketch
-   Adobe XD

-   Build **pixel-perfect, responsive layouts**
-   Ensure:

-   Cross-browser compatibility
-   Mobile optimization
-   Accessibility (WCAG standards)

### **Performance Optimization (Critical)**

-   Improve site speed using:

-   Caching
-   Minification
-   Lazy loading

### **Security & Maintenance**
