### **Marketing Manager (B2B Growth & Demand Generation) – Remote**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Marketing Manager** to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company.

This is a high-ownership leadership role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, demand generation, content strategy, and overall marketing performance.

This is not a coordination role.

You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end, managing strategy and execution while having the autonomy to make decisions, oversee budgets, and hire specialized contractors when needed.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Marketing Strategy & Performance**

-   Own the company’s overall marketing strategy and roadmap.
-   Develop initiatives that drive:

-   Lead generation
