### **Senior Network Engineer (Wireless / Aruba / ISP Infrastructure) – Remote | EST Hours**

**Position Type:** Full-Time | Independent Contractor  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours (EST)

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Senior Network Engineer** to support and optimize wireless and network infrastructure in a fast-moving technical environment.

This role is focused on:

-   Enterprise wireless networking
-   Routing & switching
-   ISP/WISP-style infrastructure
-   Troubleshooting & performance optimization

You’ll work on real-world deployments, network reliability, and infrastructure improvement — not just basic helpdesk tickets.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Wireless Networking (Core Focus)**

-   Support and deploy enterprise wireless solutions:

-   Aruba _(preferred)_
-   Cisco
-   Ubiquiti
-   Similar platforms

-   Configure and troubleshoot:

-   Access points
-   Wireless controllers
-   Cloud-managed systems

-   Optimize:

-   Coverage
-   Performance
-   Reliability

-   Support wireless troubleshooting and RF-related issues

### **Network Infrastructure & Routing**

-   Configure and troubleshoot:

-   Routing
-   Switching
-   VLANs
-   Segmentation

-   TCP/IP

-   Support network stability and uptime across environments

### **ISP / WISP Infrastructure (Strong Plus)**
