### **Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead – SaaS Product Launch & Growth Strategy**

**Location:** Remote  
**Job Type:** Full-Time  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Client Business Hours

### **About the Role**

Our client is seeking a highly entrepreneurial Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own the launch strategy and execution for two upcoming SaaS products.

This is a high-impact, startup-style role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to take products from concept to market. As the first GTM hire, you’ll be responsible for building and executing launch strategies, acquiring early users, developing positioning and messaging, driving demand generation, and creating scalable growth systems.

This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll be expected to build campaigns, write copy, conduct outreach, launch products, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.

You’ll lead the launch of Product A first, then leverage insights and proven processes to successfully launch Product B.

### **Key Responsibilities**

### **Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch**

-   Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for multiple SaaS products.
-   Develop launch plans, positioning, messaging, acquisition strategies, and onboarding experiences.
-   Execute product launches from planning through post-launch optimization.
-   Continuously refine launch strategies based on customer feedback and performance metrics.
-   Apply lessons learned from one launch to improve future product rollouts.

### **Beta User Acquisition & Early Growth**

-   Identify, recruit, and onboard beta users for product validation.
-   Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, online communities, partnerships, and founder networks.
-   Build relationships with early adopters and collect actionable feedback.
-   Develop systems for beta engagement, activation, and retention.

### **Positioning, Messaging & Product Marketing**

-   Develop clear product positioning and differentiated messaging.
-   Create messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences, pain points, and use cases.
-   Test and optimize messaging based on customer feedback and market response.
-   Ensure consistency across all marketing and customer-facing channels.

### **Launch Campaigns & Growth Marketing**

-   Build and manage:

-   Landing pages
-   Product launch campaigns
-   Email sequences

-   Onboarding flows
-   Product announcements

-   Write compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails, and user onboarding experiences.

### **Requirements**

### **Required Experience**

-   4–8 years of experience in:

-   Product Marketing

-   Proven experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product from concept to market.
-   Experience working as an early-stage startup team member (employee #1–5 preferred).
