### **Inside Sales Representative – Remote | Phone Sales & Closing**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an **Inside Sales Representative** to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into paying customers.

This is a high-activity sales role focused on **lead follow-up, qualification, objection handling, and closing**. You’ll own opportunities from initial conversation through conversion while maintaining consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Respond quickly to inbound sales leads
-   Conduct outbound follow-up with prospects
-   Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
-   Prepare quotes and clearly explain pricing
-   Handle objections and confidently close sales
-   Follow up consistently on open opportunities
-   Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
-   Achieve individual sales and conversion targets

### **Requirements**

-   **2+ years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience**
-   Proven closing and objection-handling ability
-   Strong written and verbal English communication
-   Experience working with CRM systems
-   Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
-   Highly organized, persistent, and disciplined with follow-up
-   Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
