### **Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote | Outbound Sales & Lead Generation**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a motivated **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.

You’ll identify potential customers, start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone confident with **cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead qualification**.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Prospect through **phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels**
-   Research target companies and decision-makers
-   Qualify prospects based on **need, budget, authority, and timing**
-   Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
-   Execute structured follow-up sequences
-   Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM
-   Meet weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets
-   Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach messaging

### **Requirements**

-   **1+ year** of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience
-   Strong spoken and written English
-   Comfortable making **high-volume outbound calls**
-   Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms
-   Strong communication and objection-handling skills
-   Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
