This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, cold outreach, and high-ticket B2B lead generation. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right prospects, creating compelling outreach campaigns, and turning conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, data-driven, and highly comfortable owning outbound execution from research and messaging to engagement and optimization.

### **What You’ll Do:**

• Build and execute outbound marketing campaigns targeting high-ticket B2B prospects  
• Develop scalable outbound prospecting systems and outreach playbooks  
• Research and build targeted lead lists using Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar tools  
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and segment prospects strategically  
• Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels  
• Write personalized outreach messaging designed to generate qualified conversations  
• Create LinkedIn content and thought leadership posts to support outbound engagement  
• Engage with prospects and build relationships through consistent follow-up  
• Monitor response rates, engagement metrics, and outreach performance  
• Optimize targeting, messaging, and campaign structure based on performance data

### **What You Bring:**

• 2+ years experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles

• Hands-on experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms  
• Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach  
• Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns  
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles  
• Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance  
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills  
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused approach to work  
• Comfortable working independently in remote environments
