### **Client Service Representative – English & Korean | Sales & Debt Relief Support | Remote**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a bilingual **Client Service Representative (English & Korean)** to support prospective clients exploring **debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions**.

This is a client-facing role combining **inbound sales, lead follow-up, and customer service**. You’ll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest, understand their needs, explain available options, and guide them through the next steps.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently in both **English and Korean**, builds trust quickly, and handles sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Inbound Sales & Lead Follow-Up**

-   Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
-   Explain debt settlement and consolidation programs clearly
-   Understand client needs and guide them through qualification
-   Follow up consistently with leads from marketing channels
-   Conduct outbound follow-up calls when required
-   Move qualified prospects toward the appropriate next step

### **Client Service & Relationship Management**

-   Build trust with prospective and existing clients
-   Handle sensitive financial conversations professionally
-   Address questions and concerns with empathy and confidence
-   Maintain responsive communication throughout the client journey
-   Balance sales goals with a strong customer experience

### **CRM & Documentation**

-   Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
-   Document calls, conversations, follow-ups, and next steps
-   Keep pipeline information current and organized
-   Follow internal documentation and compliance processes

### **Team Collaboration**

-   Work closely with sales and customer service teams
-   Participate in ongoing training and coaching
-   Stay informed on company services and relevant industry requirements
-   Identify opportunities to improve the client experience

### **Requirements**

-   **Fluent or native-level English and Korean**, written and spoken
-   Experience in **sales, customer service, client support, or another customer-facing role**
-   Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
-   Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
-   Comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters professionally
-   Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
-   Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
-   Comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours
