### **Animator / Motion Graphics Designer – 2D/3D Animation, After Effects & Video Ads | Remote**

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an **Animator / Motion Graphics Designer** to create high-impact animations and motion graphics for **paid ads, social media, explainer videos, product demos, and brand content**.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can transform scripts, storyboards, and concepts into polished visual content that captures attention and supports marketing performance.

You’ll create content across **YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, paid advertising, and web experiences**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Animation & Motion Graphics**

-   Create **2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated effects**
-   Produce creative for:

-   Paid and social ads
-   Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
-   Explainer videos
-   Product demos
-   YouTube and brand content

-   Transform scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts into polished animations
-   Support 3D animation projects where required

### **Visual Storytelling**

-   Build engaging sequences using strong **pacing, transitions, timing, and visual storytelling**
-   Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
-   Adapt creative for short-form and long-form platforms
-   Create variations optimized for different audiences and placements

### **Creative Production**

Work primarily with:

-   **Adobe After Effects**
-   **Premiere Pro**
-   **Illustrator**
-   **Photoshop**

Additional tools may include **Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya**, or similar 3D platforms.

You’ll also:

-   Maintain organized project files and reusable assets
-   Manage versions and revisions
-   Optimize creative workflows for faster production

### **Collaboration & Delivery**

-   Collaborate with creative, marketing, and video teams
-   Participate in brainstorming and creative reviews
-   Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
-   Export content across **MP4, GIF, MOV, and WebM**
-   Optimize animations for mobile, social, web, and advertising platforms

### **Requirements**

-   **2+ years of professional animation or motion graphics experience**
-   Strong proficiency in:

-   Adobe After Effects
-   Premiere Pro
-   Illustrator
-   Photoshop

-   Strong portfolio demonstrating **motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling**
-   Experience producing marketing, advertising, or digital-first creative
-   Understanding of social media formats and video ad specifications
-   Strong sense of pacing, typography, composition, and motion
-   Excellent attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines
-   Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience with **Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, or 3D animation**
-   Understanding of sound design and video pacing
-   Experience creating **performance-focused paid ad creative**
-   Background in SaaS, advertising, media, entertainment, or e-learning
-   Understanding of creative performance metrics such as **CTR, engagement, and watch time**
