### **Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media) – Remote | Performance Marketing**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to **run and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and organic channels**.

This is a **hands-on execution role** — not strategy-only.

You will:

### **What You’ll Own**

### **1\. Google Ads & Paid Search (Primary Focus)**

-   Manage campaigns in Google Ads:

-   Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns

-   CTR
-   Conversions
-   ROAS

-   Manage budgets and bidding strategies

### **2\. Social Media Engagement & Execution**

-   Manage daily engagement on:
