We’re hiring a **confident and results-driven Appointment Setter** to generate qualified meetings by engaging **attorneys and legal professionals**.

This role is focused on:

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement**

-   Conduct **outbound and inbound outreach** to attorneys
-   Introduce services and initiate conversations
-   Ask smart questions to:

-   Understand needs
-   Qualify interest

-   Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
-   Engage prospects professionally and confidently

### **Appointment Scheduling**

-   Schedule **qualified discovery calls** for the sales team
-   Coordinate availability across calendars
-   Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared
-   Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records

### **Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing**

-   Execute **consistent follow-up sequences**
-   Re-engage interested prospects over time

-   Log all activities in CRM systems like:
