### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Growth Marketing Manager** to lead **content, SEO, and organic growth execution** in a fast-moving remote environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can **plan, create, and scale marketing initiatives** while leveraging **AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and automation platforms** to move faster and smarter.

You’ll work across **social media, SEO, content, and marketing systems** — driving consistent growth, improving workflows, and building scalable marketing infrastructure.

### **Responsibilities**

### **Social Media Strategy & Content Execution**

-   Plan and execute **organic growth strategies** across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
-   Create and manage **marketing content** (blogs, PR content, social media assets)
-   Use **AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai)** for content ideation, copywriting, and repurposing
-   Collaborate with designers using tools like **Canva** to produce engaging visuals
-   Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach
-   Schedule and publish content using **Buffer or Hootsuite**
-   Track engagement and optimize content based on performance data

### **SEO Strategy & Organic Growth**

-   Develop and execute **SEO and keyword strategies** to drive organic traffic
-   Manage **backlink strategies** to improve domain authority and rankings
-   Perform **competitor analysis and SEO audits** using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
