We’re hiring a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** focused on **high-volume outbound email outreach**.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Outbound Email Outreach (Primary Focus)**

-   Execute **high-volume outbound email campaigns daily**
-   Personalize messaging to improve response and reply rates
-   Continuously refine messaging using tools like

-   ChatGPT

-   Test subject lines, angles, and CTAs for performance

### **Outbound Calling (Secondary Support)**

-   Conduct targeted calls to priority prospects
-   Reinforce email campaigns with call-based follow-ups
-   Engage prospects to increase conversion rates

### **Lead Management & Follow-Ups**

-   Manage leads across structured outbound sequences
-   Ensure **no lead is missed**
