### **Head of Client Delivery – Client Success, Implementation, AI & GTM Systems**

**Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Head of Client Delivery** to own the post-sales journey from onboarding and implementation through adoption, retention, and expansion.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can manage complex client implementations, build trusted relationships, and translate business goals into effective **AI, automation, and GTM workflows**.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and leadership to ensure clients launch successfully, see value quickly, and remain successful long term.

### **What You’ll Own**

### **Client Delivery & Implementation**

-   Own client onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success
-   Manage multiple implementations, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
-   Translate client goals into clear workflows and execution plans
-   Drive faster time-to-value and successful adoption
-   Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues before they escalate

### **Client Success & Retention**

-   Own client satisfaction, retention, and account health
-   Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
-   Lead client reviews, implementation updates, and strategic conversations
-   Manage escalations and drive issues through resolution
-   Identify opportunities for expansion and deeper adoption

### **AI, Automation & GTM Systems**

-   Support implementations involving **AI, CRM, GTM, automation, and integrations**
-   Translate business requirements into technical workflows
-   Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations and custom use cases
-   Optimize client workflows for efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes

### **Process & Leadership**

-   Build and improve onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and delivery processes
-   Standardize implementation workflows as the client base grows
-   Improve visibility into client health, milestones, risks, and outcomes
-   Partner with leadership on retention, expansion, and Client Delivery strategy

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Senior experience in **Client Delivery, Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management**
-   Proven experience managing complex client implementations
-   Strong understanding of **GTM systems, CRM platforms, automation, and integrations**
-   Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
-   Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
-   Excellent written and spoken English
-   Strong project management, problem-solving, and ownership skills
-   Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours

### **Nice to Have**

-   Experience with **ChatGPT, Claude, Clay**, or similar AI/GTM tools
-   SaaS, AI, technology, or high-growth startup experience
-   Experience scaling Client Success or Implementation functions
-   Experience with complex technical integrations and automation workflows
