### **🌐 ISP Network Support Engineer (BGP, MikroTik, Peplink, SD-WAN & Wireless Infrastructure)**

**Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Hours**

### **🚀 About the Role**

We’re hiring a technically strong and proactive **ISP Network Support Engineer** to support customer-facing troubleshooting and production network operations across a growing multi-WAN ISP environment.

This is not a basic helpdesk role.

You’ll work directly with:

-   Live ISP infrastructure
-   Multi-WAN & SD-WAN environments
-   Wireless backhaul systems
-   Routing & failover operations
-   Bonded WAN connections
-   Enterprise-grade networking hardware

You’ll troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, configure production-grade networking equipment, and help maintain high-availability systems across:

-   Fiber
-   Fixed wireless
-   Bonded WAN
-   Starlink
-   SD-WAN deployments

This role is ideal for someone with real-world ISP, WISP, FTTH, or MSP experience who enjoys solving network problems inside live production environments.
