### **Customer Sales Representative (Inbound Sales) – Plumbing Services**

**Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Hours | Evenings & Weekends Required**

### **About the Role**

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Customer Sales Representative (CSR)** to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert customer inquiries into **booked plumbing services and memberships**.

This is a **sales-focused customer service role**. You’ll build trust quickly, understand the customer’s needs, overcome objections, schedule the right service, and confidently close the call.

If you’re persuasive on the phone, comfortable with performance targets, and experienced in inbound sales or call-center environments, this could be a strong fit.

### **What You’ll Do**

### **Inbound Sales & Booking**

-   Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
-   Convert inquiries into booked plumbing appointments
-   Target an **85%+ call-to-booking conversion rate**
-   Ask the right questions, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate services
-   Handle objections while maintaining a professional, customer-first experience

### **Membership Sales & Upselling**

-   Identify relevant upsell opportunities during customer conversations
-   Promote and sell the **Pipeline Club membership**
-   Target a **10%+ membership close rate**
-   Work toward **35+ memberships within your first 90 days**

### **Scheduling & CRM**

-   Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
-   Document calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM
-   Follow established scripts, workflows, and call processes
-   Maintain accurate records and follow-up information
-   Experience with **ServiceTitan** is highly preferred

### **Customer Experience**

-   Handle escalations calmly and professionally
-   Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
-   Balance sales goals with excellent service
-   Maintain strong call quality and customer satisfaction

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Proven experience in **inbound sales, call-center sales, or customer service with sales/conversion targets**
-   Strong phone-based closing and conversion skills
-   Excellent objection-handling and rapport-building ability
-   Clear, professional spoken English
-   Experience using CRM and call-management systems
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
-   Results-driven and comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
-   **Availability for U.S. hours, including evenings and weekends**

### **Nice to Have**

-   Plumbing, HVAC, or home-services experience
-   **ServiceTitan** experience
-   Membership or subscription sales experience
-   Experience upselling services over the phone
