### **Graphic Designer (Brand, Ads & Marketing Campaigns) – Remote | LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)**

### **About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Graphic Designer** to own the creation of **high-impact visual assets** across brand, marketing, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that:

You will work across **social media, ads, web, and print**, owning the full design process from concept to delivery while ensuring everything is **on-brand, high-quality, and performance-driven**.

### **What You’ll Be Responsible For**

### **Marketing & Campaign Design (Core Focus)**

-   Design high-performing visuals for:

-   Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
-   Paid ads (Meta, Google Display)
-   Email campaigns
-   Presentations & sales decks

-   Translate campaign ideas into **clear, compelling visual concepts**
-   Create multiple variations for A/B testing

### **Brand Identity & Consistency**

-   Build and maintain:

-   Logos
-   Typography systems
-   Color palettes
-   Visual guidelines

-   Ensure consistency across all channels and formats

### **Digital & Web Design**

-   Design:

-   Landing page graphics
