### About the Role

We are looking for a senior **Full Stack AI Developer** to lead the development of an internal AI-powered operating platform.

You will work across **data engineering, API integrations, AI/LLM applications, dashboards, automation, and modern web development**. You will help design the architecture, build production-ready systems, and improve the platform based on real business needs.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can propose solutions, make technical decisions, and take projects from idea to production.

### Key Responsibilities

### Data & Platform Development

-   Build and maintain a centralized data warehouse using SQL and modern data tools.
-   Develop a shared metrics layer so business metrics are consistently defined across dashboards.
-   Build data pipelines, models, monitoring, and automated reporting.
-   Connect data from multiple business systems into a centralized platform.

### API Integrations & Automation

-   Build and maintain REST API and webhook integrations with platforms such as ServiceTitan, Dialpad, Brex, Ramp, QuickBooks Online, payroll, Google Ads, and other business systems.
-   Develop event-driven automations that monitor business processes and trigger alerts when requirements are missed.
-   Build automated checks and scorecards for operations, payroll, accounting, and marketing.

### AI & LLM Development

-   Build AI-powered assistants that can answer business questions using company data.
-   Develop retrieval, text-to-SQL, semantic layers, agents, and tool-use workflows.
-   Design prompts, evaluations, guardrails, and systems that control AI cost and latency.
-   Build AI applications that are reliable enough for real users and business operations.

### Dashboards & Web Applications

-   Build dashboards for operations, sales, finance, marketing, and customer service.
-   Develop modern web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and React or similar technologies.
-   Build backend services using Node.js or Python.
-   Support future customer-facing applications for booking, payments, invoices, job photos, and service history.

### Security & Infrastructure

-   Implement secure authentication, OAuth/SSO, role-based access, secrets management, and audit logging.
-   Follow least-privilege access and appropriate PII handling practices.
-   Support CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and production reliability.
-   Build systems that are properly documented and supported with runbooks.

### Required Experience & Skills

-   **5+ years** of professional full-stack development experience with production systems.
-   **2+ years** of experience building data pipelines, data warehouses, and LLM-powered applications.
-   Strong experience with **SQL** and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL.
-   Experience with **dbt or equivalent data modeling tools**, orchestration, and monitoring.
-   Strong experience building REST APIs and webhook integrations.
-   Hands-on experience with **AI/LLM applications**, including agents, tool use, text-to-SQL, retrieval, and evaluation.
-   Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React or similar frontend experience.
-   Experience with Node.js or Python backend services.
-   Experience with serverless or edge technologies; **Cloudflare Workers** is a plus.
-   Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
-   Strong understanding of application security, authentication, permissions, secrets, and audit logging.
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of architecture and technical decisions.
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience integrating with **ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro**, or similar field-service platforms.
-   Experience with React Native or Flutter.
-   Experience working with business SaaS integrations at scale.
-   Experience handling customer data and building systems with SOC 2-style security controls.
-   Experience building AI assistants used by real business users.
