**Compensation:**

-   **Full-time/Overtime and weekend**
-   **Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour - DOE**

**Job Duties:**

The Yard Laborer is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard at the PPG Cactus Yard. This position involves general labor duties and outdoor work to support daily operations.

**Duties include, but are not limited to:**

-   Picking up trash and debris throughout the yard
-   Emptying trash bins from the shop and fuel island
-   Operating equipment to sweep and clean the yard
-   Organizing equipment and materials to improve parking and storage efficiency
-   Assisting with cleaning around the shop and fabrication (fab) shop areas
-   Maintaining a clean and orderly outdoor work environment
-   Following all company safety policies and procedures

## Requirements

-   Valid driver's license required.
-   Ability to commute to the job location.
-   Must be able to pass a drug test at all times.
-   Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
-   _**Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.**_ Previous outdoor work experience preferred.
-   Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and around dust, fumes, noise, and moving equipment.
-   Ability to safely operate equipment.
-   Ability to lift up to 70 pounds frequently and up to 90 pounds occasionally.
-   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
