### Paver Roller Operator — Job Description

**Overview**  
A Paver Roller Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to compact asphalt or soil, creating smooth, durable surfaces for roads, parking lots, and other paved areas.

**Full Time/Overtime/ Traveling/ $25+**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, and base materials
-   Adjust speed and rolling patterns to ensure proper compaction
-   Work closely with paving crews to maintain smooth workflow
-   Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance checks
-   Monitor surface quality and fix any uneven areas
-   Follow all safety procedures on the job site

## Requirements

-   At least 2 years of experience operating rollers
-   Knowledge of asphalt materials and paving methods
-   Ability to use paving equipment and basic hand tools
-   Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in hot conditions
-   Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
-   Must be 21 years of age or older
-   Valid, clean driver’s license
-   Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
-   Must pass drug testing and background check
-   Ability to report to and work under the Head of AZ Travel

### Work Environment

-   Outdoor work in heat, dust, and noise
