### Patch/Finish Roller Operator

The Patch/Finish Roller Operator is responsible for operating a roller to compact asphalt and ensure a smooth, finished surface. This position works closely with the paving crew to maintain quality, safety, and productivity on the job site.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces.
-   Follow the paving crew to achieve proper compaction and smoothness.
-   Monitor the quality of the finished pavement.
-   Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
-   Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
-   Assist with other crew duties as needed.

## Requirements

-   1+ Year of experience operating a roller
-   Ability to work long hours, including weekends when required. (Traveling with in and out of state )
-   Strong attention to safety and teamwork.
-   Must be able to climb on and off equipment and perform physical job duties.
-   Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
