**Wash Rack**

We are a highway construction and trucking company providing asphalt and transportation services to a wide range of customers. As a growing company, we are seeking dependable individuals to support our current and future production needs.

This is a **physically demanding, heavy‑duty labor position** requiring **outdoor work under direct sun and in varying weather conditions**. This role is intended as a **long‑term opportunity** for motivated individuals who are willing to learn new skills, work hard, and grow with the company.

**Duties include, but are not limited to:**

-   Steam clean engines and equipment parts
-   Clean and maintain shop floors using a floor scrubber
-   Empty trash hoppers daily
-   Clean all vehicles entering the shop
-   Maintain and clean nozzles and screens on parts washer daily
-   Maintain yard cleanliness and organization

## Requirements

-   Must be **21 years of age or older**
-   **Valid, clean Driver’s License** required
-   Ability to perform **heavy physical labor** and lift a minimum of **70 pounds**
-   Ability to work **outdoors in high‑heat conditions**
-   Willingness to work **overtime, including weekends, with minimal notice**
-   Ability to operate material handling equipment
-   Previous experience using **high‑pressure washing equipment** is preferred
-   Ability to work with **minimal supervision**
-   Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented
