**We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer specializing in Point of Sale (POS) systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing POS terminals for our clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical installation and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and be willing to drive long distances as needed.  
  
Location: Limassol, Cyprus  
Reporting to: Head of Technical Operations (Payments)

-   Support external and internal customers with daily tasks related to the POS project.
-   Conduct technical investigations to resolve client issues efficiently.
-   Create merchant accounts to ensure seamless operations.
-   Deliver & install POS terminals on-site, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
-   Provide detailed transaction status checks to customers.
-   Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams and service providers.
-   Test merchant cases and payment methods to ensure system integrity.
-   Offer general technical information and support to customers experiencing issues.
-   Investigate and determine reasons for transaction declines, providing detailed feedback to customers.

-   Prior experience in customer support, technical support, PSPs, financial services, IT/POS support, or a similar environment.
-   Strong technical aptitude with above-average computer knowledge.
-   Proficiency in Greek and English languages.
-   Valid driving license is required.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document issues and reproduction steps.
-   Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple tasks at once.
-   Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving mindset.
-   Familiarity with POS terminal installation and maintenance (a plus).
