## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC service experience.
-   Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
-   Ability to use hand and power tools required for HVAC installation and repair.
-   Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.
-   High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred.
