Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Resident Service Coordinator to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments.

-   Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaints
-   Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email. All requests are to be entered in a timely fashion. Phone messages and email will be checked consistently.
-   Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of request for service technicians, or vendors.
-   Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
-   Must have reliable transportation.

## Requirements

**Physical Requirements**

-   Prolonged periods standing and walking.
-   Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
-   Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
-   Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
