That increasingly means not just ranking in traditional search, but being the source that AI assistants, voice search, and answer engines surface when someone asks "how do I build a marathon training plan" or "what's the best way to track cycling power." You'll sit at the intersection of technical optimization, content discoverability, and data analysis. You'll own our visibility across both traditional and AI-driven search surfaces, translating insights into action and reporting on what's working. The salary range for this role in Colorado is $78,518 - $130,864. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Each role at Peaksware has a defined compensation band based on market data and company stage. We typically hire at the lower to mid-point of the range, with the top end reserved for internal growth and exceptional performance. Actual pay depends on factors like experience, technical depth, geographic location, and alignment with internal peers.
