**Work Schedule:** PST │ 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

**Compensation Range:** $1200 - $1,400 USD/month based on experience

A growing US healthcare organization is looking for a Applicant Operations Specialist to guide prospective patients through onboarding — from initial inquiry through appointment booking — and deliver a seamless, trustworthy intake experience.

The company operates in a fast-paced, compliance-driven healthcare environment, supporting clinical and operational leaders in delivering high-quality patient care. It values operational excellence, confidentiality, and proactive patient support across every interaction.

Day-to-day, the role centers on conducting virtual patient consultations, accurately documenting patient information, coordinating scheduling, and managing follow-ups across CRM and patient management systems. Success means stronger patient conversion, accurate information capture, and a smooth, confident transition into care that supports overall operational efficiency.

## Requirements

**Must-Have**

-   2+ years in patient intake, telehealth, or patient-facing healthcare operations
-   Demonstrated experience conducting patient consultations, intake calls, or appointment coordination
-   Experience leading live patient-facing video consultations via Zoom or equivalent
-   Hands-on experience with CRM, scheduling, or patient management software
-   Experience handling medical insurance information and related patient inquiries
-   Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and team communication tools (Slack or equivalent)
-   C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing patient consultations conducted by voice/video

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Background in US healthcare administration or telehealth operations
-   Experience with patient conversion, admissions, or healthcare enrollment processes
-   Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
-   Experience supporting high-growth healthcare organizations or startups
-   Exposure to workflow optimization or process improvement using tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp
