**PeopleCert** is looking for a proactive and results-driven **Events Associate** to join its Marketing Communications team. Reporting to the Head of Events, you will support the planning and delivery of digital and physical events, contributing to B2B and B2C global marketing initiatives that strengthen PeopleCert's brands through Events and Partnerships.

As an Events Associate, your tasks will include the following:**

-   Understands business requirements and plans, coordinates, and delivers conferences, events, and webinars while maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date annual events calendar.
-   Manages event resources and timelines, oversees seamless event execution, and delivers post-event reporting and performance insights against business objectives.
-   Manages webinar platforms and delivery, supporting lead generation, audience engagement, and product promotion in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the PeopleCert Group.
-   Implements event and conference strategies that maximise PeopleCert's brand visibility and ensure consistent representation across global audiences.
-   Conducts ongoing research to identify, evaluate, and segment relevant events by product and target audience, optimising reach, impact, and return on investment.
-   Enhances the PeopleCert brand experience across all events by ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
-   Identifies opportunities to innovate and continuously improve event delivery, audience engagement, and overall event effectiveness.

**What we look for:**

-   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events Management, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualification considered an asset).
-   Minimum of 5 years' experience in Events Management, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
-   Experience with virtual event platforms is considered an asset.
-   Adaptable, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume global environment.
-   Strong planning, prioritisation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-   Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
-   Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
-   Excellent organisational, coordination, and negotiation skills.
-   Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
-   Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.

**Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)**

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

-   A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

-   Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

-   HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

-   Financial background check

-   Employment reference check.

-   If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
