Pepper is the leading cloud and mobile SaaS platform providing front-of-house services for restaurant, coffee and bar businesses. We are on a mission to change the way you pay your check in restaurants.
We deliver white-labelled apps and web apps that allow businesses to handle mobile payments, loyalty, and marketing messages - engaging with their customers in real time, and increasing sales and operational efficiency. Our platform is used in the US and Europe, and we have over a hundred live business customers.
Among our customers are Taylor St. Baristas - who have been at the forefront of the specialty coffee revolution in London. The impact that the Taylor St. app has had on their business has been spectacular - with a quarter of all purchases in their busiest store during peak times being made via the PepperHQ powered app.
We believe the best products are created by people who love their work – in small teams that make you feel at home right away. State-of-the-art technology and flexible processes form the cornerstone of our company – a place where good ideas are never ignored but implemented as quickly as possible.
We support creative freedom with a flat hierarchical structure, agile development methods and the support and empowerment needed to try new things, take risks and innovate.
We are a diverse team of engineers and entrepreneurs who set high standards for both ourselves and our product and enjoy the challenge of leading the way in our industry. Whilst we always come together as a team at least once a week, we are supportive of remote working and understand that being productive is more important than being present.
We are always looking for great people to join our team. If this sounds like the kind of place you'd like to work at, then please apply via the links below or send us your CV.
