**The Role  
**Pepperstone is one of the world's fastest growing CFD and FX brokers and we're looking for a relationship-driven professional to manage and grow a portfolio of premium Chinese-speaking clients in the Australian market.

This is not a volume role. It's a high-touch, high-trust position where the quality of your relationships determines your success. You'll work with a select group of high-value traders who expect personalised service, market insight and a relationship manager who genuinely understands their world.

As our Premium Client Manager - Australian Chinese, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: 

-   Build strong, long-term relationships with **premium australian chinese clients**, supporting their trading journey
-   Engage clients through **regular communication in Mandarin and English and market conversations**
-   Provide insights on **market trends, trading strategies and risk management**
-   Deliver tailored solutions to help clients overcome individual trading challenges
-   Drive **client growth, retention and trading activity**, working to sales targets
-   Collaborate with marketing, operations and risk to **deliver a seamless and compliant client experience**
-   Represent Pepperstone at **premium client events and face-to-face meetings**, building meaningful connections
-   Share market insights, trading strategies and risk management perspectives tailored to each client's profile

**About You**

-   Native or near-native Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills
-   An established network within the Australian Chinese trading or investment community is highly regarded
-   Proven experience in a client-facing, relationship management or account management role ideally within CFD, FX or wealth management
-   Experience working with high-value or high-net-worth clients and an understanding of how to build trust with sophisticated investors
-   Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading products and risk management
-   RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification or genuine willingness to obtain it
-   Commercially minded with a proactive client-first approach and a genuine passion for markets
-   Deep cultural understanding of the Australian Chinese community and how to build authentic relationships within it
