## Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **IT** **Project Manager** to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with business and client requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet — and exceed — client expectations across the following domains:

-   Enterprise Service Management
-   Automation & DevOps
-   Observability
-   Data Analytics
-   Cloud Technologies
-   Cybersecurity

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead small- to medium-scale projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
-   Support Senior Project Managers on larger and more complex programs when required
-   Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans
-   Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
-   Prepare and maintain key project documentation, reporting structures, and communication plans
-   Communicate project status, progress updates, potential risks, and critical issues to stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams
-   Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and client expectations
-   Manage project changes effectively to support successful project outcomes

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT/ICT industry in roles such as: Software Developer, Technical Project Manager, Engineering Lead, Technical Team Lead
-   Strong project planning, organizational, and coordination skills
-   Excellent time management, prioritization, and negotiation abilities
-   Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-   Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
-   Certifications (**PMP / PM2 / ITIL)** will be considered a strong advantage
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
