We’re expanding our team and seeking an experienced **Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant** with a strong background in ITSM/ESM and a drive for creating scalable, impactful solutions.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Design, implement, and continuously improve Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions tailored to the needs of large-scale organizations.
-   Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze challenges, and define strategic, value-driven solutions.
-   Deliver, configure, and customize robust service management solutions using OpenText SMAX, ensuring scalability and performance.
-   Contribute to the development, enhancement, and alignment of ITSM/ITIL processes with industry best practices and organizational goals.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

-   2–3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
-   Practical knowledge of **OpenText SMAX** or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).
-   Valid **ITIL certification** (v3 or 4).
-   Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).
-   Experience in IT process consulting or optimization is a plus
-   Involvement in digital transformation or workflow automation initiatives is a strong asset
-   Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
-   Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
