**🔧 About the Role**

Pete’s RV Center is seeking an **RV Lot Porter** to support dealership operations by moving units, maintaining the lot, and assisting both the Sales and Service teams.

**🛠️ Key Responsibilities**

-   Park, move, and guide RV units safely and efficiently.
-   Operate yard tractor, forklift, or other equipment as needed.
-   Assist with unit staging for sales, service, and delivery.
-   Maintain lot cleanliness (washing units, sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
-   Ensure units are properly secured (slides, jacks, awnings, etc.)
-   Support Service and Sales departments with unit movement and setup.
-   Perform basic inspections and identify visible issues.
-   Transport units locally as needed.
-   Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

## Requirements

**✅ What We are Looking For**

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   Valid **driver’s license** with acceptable driving record
-   Ability to drive RVs or willingness to learn.
-   Experience with **yard tractors, forklifts, or heavy equipment** preferred.
-   Strong work ethic and reliability
-   Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
-   Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

**💪 Physical & Work Requirements**

-   Ability to work **outdoors in all weather conditions.**
-   Prolonged periods of **standing, walking, bending, and physical activity.**
-   Ability to lift **25 lbs. regularly** and up to **50 lbs. with assistance.**
-   Ability to climb in and around RV units.
