Today, PetroApp is expanding across **4 countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, and Nigeria,** with a growing international team building technology solutions for the energy, transportation, and fleet management sectors.  
  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
-   Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
-   Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective solutions.
-   Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
-   Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated cases.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
-   1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
