**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Installation Specialist to oversee daily installation operations, lead the installation team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence by improving installation processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the installation team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.  
• Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.  
• Ensure compliance with installation standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.  
• Act as the main point of contact for installation-related issues and resolve escalations promptly.  
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.  
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and continuous support.  
• Identify opportunities to improve installation processes, reduce delays, and enhance operational efficiency.  
• Track installation performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on operational insights.  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a professional and seamless installation experience.

## Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in installation operations, field operations, or a similar role.

• Experience supervising or coordinating installation teams is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
