PetWow's Student Shadowing Experience is less formal than a [PetWow Externship](https://www.petwowdvm.com/externships) or PetWow's [Summer Experience](https://www.petwowdvm.com/summer). But for that reason, it can often be arranged with less notice and can last anywhere from a single day to two weeks.

It is an ideal opportunity for students who have a few days for a visit between semesters or around the holidays, to gain real-world insights into the daily life of a PetWow veterinarian.

## Requirements

-   Must be actively enrolled in a pre-veterinary program or graduate program ultimately in pursuit of a degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
