## Description

As Credit Controller at PHĀEA, you will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our accounts receivable operations. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day activities related to accounts receivables, ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of invoices, and diligently following up on past due accounts. You will also conduct credit research and make credit authorization decisions for new clients. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial management.

**Job Fit- Responsibilities**

-   Manage and process accounts receivables and invoices.
-   Monitor customer payments and address discrepancies.
-   Conduct credit checks and update credit policies.
-   Handle overdue accounts and resolve billing issues.
-   Produce financial reports and assist in account reconciliation.

## Requirements

**Must-Have**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-   Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control.
-   Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
-   Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-   Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office.
-   Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Experience in the hospitality industry.
-   Proficiency in SoftOne ERP.
-   Knowledge of Greek financial regulations and standards.
