**About the role**

As our IT Director, you will lead the strategic direction and overall performance of Phāea’s Information Technology department as we embark on an ambitious digital transformation. You will shape our technology roadmap, build and develop a high-performing IT team across our properties, and ensure technology becomes a true driver of growth, guest experience and operational excellence. This is a pivotal leadership role with a clear path to grow into our future Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) position.

**Job Fit- Responsibilities**

-   Lead the overall IT strategy and define the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure across all properties.
-   Own technology roadmapping, anticipating future business needs and driving innovation and continuous improvement.
-   Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency and improve the employee and guest technology experience.
-   Oversee the reliability, scalability and security of IT systems and the performance of on-property IT support.
-   Build, mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-   Oversee information security, data privacy and regulatory compliance, supporting the growth of our cybersecurity capability.
-   Ensure data accuracy across IT-supported systems, enabling management to make informed decisions based on trusted and well-structured information.
-   Manage the IT budget and CAPEX, and lead vendor partnerships aligned with business objectives.

## Requirements

**Must-Have**

-   Proven experience in an IT leadership or management role, including resource and project management.
-   A technology generalist able to design and implement solutions across a broad range of technologies.
-   Strong knowledge of the technology used in the hospitality industry.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and train IT teams.
-   Solution-oriented, analytical and able to work cross-functionally.
-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

**Nice-to-Have**

-   Familiarity with emerging hospitality technologies and ISO security frameworks.
-   The ambition and potential to grow into a Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) role.
-   Certifications in IT governance, project management or cybersecurity.
